Hi Scott, Great tool thank you, I wondered if there was any way to add additonal empty columns each time the template is generated? Thanks, Mark

Nice Job Scott, very useful. Thank you for the contribution! Any suggestions on how to get a side-by-side comparison of the attributes that are used on the form vs those that are not? It would be great to have a sheet with two columns, one for a list of attributes used on the form and one for a list of unused.
